CranioSacral Therapy (CST)
An extremely gentle method of releasing restrictions and tightness in the craniosacral system (cranial bones, membranes and cerebral spinal fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord.) During a treatment the client remains clothed and very light gentle pressure is applied to various points on the body and skull. Clients report feeling relaxed, more "in-tune" and generally better overall.
